hired him for a ovi said i would get driving privaage in 30 days i was charged dec9 got driving privage in april 1500.00 dollars what i paid him public defender can get you that save your money i still got ovi i would hate to be on deathrow and he was defending me you would be riding the lighting

1)He failed to return phone calls 2)Failed to file case on time 3)Failed to keep me updated 4)Failed to ask the judge my requests and so much more.

I had an eviction, a simple eviction, and he wanted $895 just for showing up. The guy left after the 3 day notice and Ben would not give me my money back less the $50 consultation fee. In our initial meeting he talked about his positive reviews on the internet and just how important he was now. He refuses to return my phone calls. Don't use him. He is a joke!~

This man is a joke as an attorney, consulted without my permission with my ex's attorney, did not return phone calls or advise me of any court dates and never let me know of magistrates decision so i could not appeal it or was not notified of when final divorce date was schelduled. He is a lazy, dishonest attorney so steer anyone you know away from him.

Met with other parties lawyer without my knowledge and agreed to things I did not agree to. Would not return phone calls. I had to pay the court to get copies of my files. I wasn't informed of the last court date and still have not received the papers. Heard a great story of how he would fight to the end, but I never saw any fight and only my money spent. Very disappointed in overall divorce representation.

hired and paid benjamin partee for my custody attorney aug 9 2013.he does not respond to phone calls.when he did call,he said he filed the papers with the court,said he didn't know what was holding up the case.i finally called the court.they said he has never filed anything!!!shocking!!!i paid him 2000.00 for nothing.it will be 6 months of stress and anxiety for me feb 9th.I left him 2 messages yesterday letting him know that i now know he is lying ,still NO response.This is unacceptable for an attorney!!

Within the last 45 days or so I made several phone calls to Mr. Partee. Within those 30+ phone calls I have yet to receive a return call. Court is in less then a week and I have repeatedly called and asked Mr. Partee to call me back.
