Mr. Acciani was very supportive in our "fight with our insurance company"which we have had since 1963! This happened out of state and was very time consuming. . And I called him again for a personal injury at local shopping center in 1915. He is very knowledgeble, caring and understanding.I would highly recommend him.

The lawyers that handled my case were professional. With their experience they knew what questions to ask to get the information they needed; they advised me as to the steps I needed to take; I was advised to deal directly with them and not to act according to what I thought; they kept me informed while they were handling my case and because of the efficient way they transact business I was able to gather, organize and submit my paperwork in a timely manner. I was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street. I contacted the drivers insurance company for several weeks trying to file a claim , I got lots of excuses, was told I would get return calls which didn't happen, I was frustrated being brushed off. As in an auto accident and was having trouble dealing with the insurance company after I contacted O'Connor, Acciani & Levy the other insurance company change their tune and they started to work with us the one thing that I really liked was O'Connor, Acciani & Levy they were concerned about my injuries and treated me with compassion and concern they also fought to get me more compensation than what they originally offered and for that I thank them I am very happy and I am very glad that I contacted them. I was injured in 2011 and after many surgeries I filed for S.S.D.I. & I was denied. I filed for reconsideration wiith a no name lawyer who wasn't making any progress so, I discharged her. Henry was kind enough to help me since I was already a client and his staff are highly skilled with a proven track record. Henry and Dianne treated me with respect and understanding during the stressful times I was encountering. O.A.L. Did their best to see that I was taken care of throughout the waiting period. In 2011 I was hit from behind by a Truck while I was at a complete stop. I was told that I had knocked unconscious. I sustained head, back injuries along with sustaining a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury). I was referred to Mr. Acciani by my wife’s family; he had worked on an auto accident case for them many years before.
