This man is a horrible dishonest lawyer, I gave him $5000 for an appeal, he wrote an inadequate appeal, never showed up for the appeal date. I got no refund no apology. My case was a simple winnable case, had he used a previous law decided by the supreme court it was an open shut case. He knew nothing about it and not in his appeal. He’s a lawyer with a troubled past and suspension from law and served prison time for it. It appears he was a staving lawyer other problem because he called in off hour with lies to get me to pay him more money.
