I would like to thank Mr. Hart for helping me with a ticket involving a railroad crossing. A lack of judgement on my part initiated the violation and he exceeded the outcome that he thought he could reduce it to and ended up pleading to a non moving equipment failure violation and I live on the opposite side of the State. I got very lucky choosing him to help me with this.

Robert exceeded my expectations with a recent speeding ticket. He negotiated a possible four point violation down to a non-moving violation with zero points and very reduced fine. He was extremely professional, answered all questions clearly and was very expedient in dealing with my case. He deserves every five star rating on here!

I had a traffic ticket out of Ohio when I was coming back from Indiana on my vacation. I knew immediately it was going to be difficult seeing as I live in PA and I couldn't appear at the hearings due to work. Not only did Robert understand my situation but he went above and beyond to settle my case. What could have been points on my license and a huge fine turned into 0 points and a small fine. Extremely reasonably priced also for his work, he deserves more however in my opinion. See him if you need anything. He won't disappoint!

Highly recommended! Mr. Hart got my speeding ticket, 27 mph over the limit, dropped down to a non-moving defective equipment violation. The one time fee that I paid was WAY less than what my rise in insurance premiums over the next 3-5 years would have cost, not to mention that I get to keep my clean driving record! Very easy to communicate with over email and responds in a very timely manner. He even took the time to meet in person, at my request, and had an appoint for me the next business day. I will definitely be keeping his contact information!

Attorney Hart did a fantastic job with my 2 separate traffic cases. I was in a situation that would have cost me my job if I got any points for either speeding ticket which were in 2 different courts 100 miles apart in ohio. I am ashamed to say I had 50+ offenses on my driving record and he convinced the prosecutors in bot counties to drop my speeding tickets to non moving (no points) violations. I didn't think there was snowball's chance on hell I would get out of this unscathed but attorney Hart performed a miracle and I still have my license and my job. Another completely satisfied client. I received a speeding ticket, and was in the process of undergoing a military move to California. So, I was unable to represent myself, and, to make matters worse, I misplaced my ticket so I didn't know who to call. After missing my court date, and finally receiving mail, I found out there was a "capias" ordering my arrest. Mr. Hart dealt with that immediately, having it set aside, and then he scheduled a court date. Ultimately, the ticket was dismissed. Thanks for saving the day, Mr. Hart!
