I was recently pulled over and in my opinion wrongfully ticketed for an OVI charge in the Cincinnati area. Not being from the area I had absolutely no idea who I should contact to help fight this charge. I looked to google and found Joe Suhre, and I am SO glad that I did. Not only was Joe's staff top notch, they helped keep me calm and reassured me of the situation and possible outcomes. I worked directly with Joe and he did an amazing job of gathering evidence and attending all of the scheduled court appearances without me having to be present (since I am about 4 hours away). Joe was able to get the OVI charge down to a reckless operation and was able to get my licence suspension down to a minimum. Joe is an excellent attorney and while my case took almost a year to resolve (no fault of the firm) Joe was able to get a better verdict than I had hoped for and even had the judge issue me a refund for costs incurred due to a crime for which I was found not guilty.

To begin, if you have not been in the unfortunate situation involving serious legal action, it will be a very unpleasant one at first. I went into my situation facing multiple traffic violations related to some bad decisions. Not knowing what or who to contact was extremely intimidating.
