I could not have asked for a better/more knowledgeable lawyer. Joe did a great job with keeping me informed on what was going on in my case and took an immense amount of pressure and stress off of me after I received my DUI. He was able to get me off on all charges and even lowered a charge for me that was unrelated. I don't even want to imagine the legal troubles I would now be facing if I hadn't chose Joe to represent me.

I got arrested and charged for a DUI that I did not commit, and I made some poor decisions in handling it (i.e. refusing a BAC) because I did not fully understand the legal implications. Joe was very knowledgeable about all aspects of DUI law (from the perspective of both an attorney and an officer). He was able to get me acquitted of all charges. Throughout the entire process, Joe made himself very available should any questions or concerns arise. He kept both my family and me informed of all developments and was able to give good advice on how to proceed with the case. He was also extremely respectful and understanding, which is a trait that should not be underestimated when scared and facing the prospect of months of legal proceedings and a trial.

I was facing a second OVI/DUI, and ended up just paying for a speeding ticket. Mr. Suhre was able to get it dismissed. He knows the laws, but more importantly, he knows the judges, prosecutors, and even the police force. He knows how to get you the best outcome for whatever situation you are in. With you every step of the way. I hesitated calling a lawyer because of the cost and embarrassment. There is no way I would have gotten the deal I got on my own. And he never made me feel ashamed. Joe is fantastic to work with! Treats you as an individual vs just another client. He went over and beyond any expectations I had. I was facing quite the laundry list of penalties with the initial charges however after it was all said and done, I couldn't of been happier with the results. The judge did make it clear how lucky I got and how rare my plea deal was... couldn't have done it without him! If you're ever in a pinch, hire Joe!!

Joe Suhre is an outstanding OVI attorney. Joe was able to mitigate a very complicated and serious OVI situation I was in with the absolutely best possible outcome I could have asked for. I had a high tier OVI and this was a second offense. Joe was able to get my license reinstated after 6 months when it was inittially suspended for 3 years. I received no jail time. Joe was able to get me 24/7 driving privelages from the very beginning so my driving was not afefcted at all. This was all during a time wher I had moved from Cincinnati to Atlanta soon after my conviction. The complexity of that was tremendous but Joe handled everything and was able to advise me every step of the way. He even got the court to allow me to perform community service in Atlanta which was simple. Joe not only is extremely professional but up front and empathetic. Joe will give a range of alternatives and advise on the pros and cons of each. But one of the best traits of Joe was he interacted with me as a friend versus a hired lawyer.
