Mr. Suhre and his staff is amazing! The took the time to explain the legal parts of the case that was over my head and I did not understand he worked hard to get the best and fair outcome for me I am so thankful for him. I could not have asked for a better/more knowledgeable lawyer. Joe did a great job with keeping me informed on what was going on in my case and took an immense amount of pressure and stress off of me after I received my DUI. He was able to get me off on all charges and even lowered a charge for me that was unrelated. I don't even want to imagine the legal troubles I would now be facing if I hadn't chose Joe to represent me.

I got arrested and charged for a DUI that I did not commit, and I made some poor decisions in handling it (i.e. refusing a BAC) because I did not fully understand the legal implications. Joe was very knowledgeable about all aspects of DUI law (from the perspective of both an attorney and an officer). He was able to get me acquitted of all charges. Throughout the entire process, Joe made himself very available should any questions or concerns arise. He kept both my family and me informed of all developments and was able to give good advice on how to proceed with the case. He was also extremely respectful and understanding, which is a trait that should not be underestimated when scared and facing the prospect of months of legal proceedings and a trial.

I was facing a second OVI/DUI, and ended up just paying for a speeding ticket. Mr. Suhre was able to get it dismissed. He knows the laws, but more importantly, he knows the judges, prosecutors, and even the police force. He knows how to get you the best outcome for whatever situation you are in. With you every step of the way. I hesitated calling a lawyer because of the cost and embarrassment. There is no way I would have gotten the deal I got on my own. And he never made me feel ashamed. He even stuck around even after my case was settled and gave me some good advice on the way out! Sooo worth it. Good man, and the best (and hopefully last I'll ever need) lawyer out there. After hiring Joe Suhre he immediately contacted me and handled my case very professionally. My case took place over several months but Mr. Suhre remained in constant contact with me quickly responding to all of my questions via email. He was thorough and helped for my case to result in the best possible outcome.
