I was referred to Mr. Torchia because my case was a very high risk case. David let me know that from the initial consultation, was straight up with my odds, and blew no smoke my way. I envied his even, mild, professional demeanor from day one. Don't let it fool you. After nearly 3 decades, I really think David enjoys the challenge when he sees a glimpse of light. When he was tied up during the process, the staff did an excellent job keeping me informed & relaying questions. An Ohio product, backing Ohio workers, and yes Virginia, there are still ethical attorneys out there. (Haven't forgot about that basket of veggies Dave, God bless & take care)
