I knew the process would be slow, but they kept in contact and walked me through everything. They were compassionate the entire time, especially through the period where I became homeless (not related), and made sure to keep me in the loop that entire time. I would absolutely recommend Burg Simpson to anyone looking for a law firm. They will treat you with respect and care as a client.

Contacted Burg Simpson regarding a medical device failure situation. All my dealings were accomplished by phone, email, or video chat. Contacts were always timely and with my interests in mind. Over the period of almost 5 years, I never felt neglected even though we were 2500 miles apart. Paralegal Angelica Nguyen was a Rockstar throughout. If I needed an update, she was there. My Attorney Ken Daly became a subject matter expert on a very complex issue in short order. Hopefully I’ll never need the services of Burg Simpson Eldridge Hersh & Jardine PC, but if needed, I wouldn’t hesitate contacting them.

My stress levels and blood pressure shot up tremendously trying to obtain my money from burg and Simpson, my money was cleared from any liens and they did not want to release my money to me and I was the one injured in the suit, they sent me partial payment and they had taken their entire fee but they put me through hell for the remainder of my settlement after they lied to me every day for 2 weeks so in conclusion I would let the perpetrators keep the money before I would ever deal with burg and Simpson, I’m on the verge of pursuing justice against them because they literally made me sick
