Accidentally called Buckeye when trying to make a connection with the at fault drivers insurance. To quote Bob Ross "happy accident". Once connected I was guided through each step from doctors to documents with a satisfactory settlement. All done pretty quickly. 😁

I just want to say...I've dealt with some difficult insurance companies in my day...this insurance company was so difficult I went through two other supposedly big time law firms...I wasn't impressed!...I was directed to the shark close Sheperd with The Buckeye law group.inc..i spoke with her..and I thought she sounds ,and looks to good to be as vicious as they say...but let me tell you..she excelled my every expectation!! So don't judge a book by its cover!...even BEutifUL Women can be extremely smart and vicious all the same!!..The Buckeye law group..(Chloe Shepherd)got the job done,and got it done efficiently,and quick!!..they truly made my life a lil better!!.. I recommend them anytime!!if I had 4 thumbs..they get 4 thumbs up!! Thanks Chloe Shepherd for your help!!

They were very helpful and took care of everything in a swift manner. Once the insurance company knew that Buckeye law was involved they were actually responding and admitting fault for the person that hit our vehicle. Months had went by before contacting them (Buckeye) and I wish I could have done it sooner .
