Cons
1
Lack of communication and professionalism from a Guardian ad Litem (GAL)
“I called this GAL numerous times and left voicemails without a single call back. I feel as though the GAL was extremely bias as in she kept putting in her reports that she understands why mom feels this way or she can see the reasons behind this but completely disregarded anything mom did to dad.”
2
Ineffective investigation and reporting by a GAL
“The GAL didn't even call witnesses until right before the original report was due and didn't put any of this in the report but I guess she only did the calls so she could say she did and bill for it.”
