I was accused of a serious sex act, which I did not commit. Having never been in trouble before, I called numerous attorneys before deciding to hire Ms. Dawson. Something about her demeanor and personality drew me to her. I had complete trust in her abilities and in the end everything worked out to my benefit. Ms. Dawson told me from the beginning the case could take a long time to resolve and I needed to be patient and follow her lead. I followed Ms. Dawson’s advice at every stage of the proceedings, even when I didn’t want to. She did an excellent job of explaining everything to me and keeping me informed. Her communication during this stressful time was superb. Every time she provided me with an update, I felt better about my situation. Ms. Dawson was right, the case took almost 2 years before we reached a resolution and while it was difficult, me being patient & trusting her direction really paid off. I am so happy I hired Ms. Dawson. In the end, Ms. Dawson was able to get my case dismissed! I cannot thank Ms. Dawson enough. Because of her, I am back to living a stress free life.

Ashley Witte Dawson is a great lawyer. She came highly recommended and boy am I glad I hired her! Ashley took care of everything for me. I was in a panic and started randomly calling lawyers around 3 a.m. on a Sunday. Got all answering machines until I dialed her number and she picked up. After hearng me out, she calmed me down and agreed to meet me at her office as soon as I could get there. I knew I was innocent and she knew I was, too and had all charges dropped. I was facing a life changing sentence attached to 3 robbery charges( with priors) and 2 of the cases were slam dunks for the prosecution and Ashley and her partner Adam worked on the reduction of chargers when obtaining a plea agreement and then charismatically and compassionately went through all the special circumstances regarding the case when arguing for a reduced sentence. I ended up getting 5 years probation instead of 10-20 years in prison and they even helped me recover all my property including my brand new vehicle that the police tried to seize. What seemed like a impossible hole (that I could never climb out of) is now a new lease on life that I will never take for granted again.
