I am very pleased with Mr. Harts services. I cannot emphasize enough how important it was to my business to have good results. I was impress with his personal prompt response. I hope to never have a need for an attorney. But should I ever do so, I know who to run to. I highly recommend his services.

Attorney Hart did a fantastic job with my 2 separate traffic cases. I was in a situation that would have cost me my job if I got any points for either speeding ticket which were in 2 different courts 100 miles apart in ohio. I am ashamed to say I had 50+ offenses on my driving record and he convinced the prosecutors in bot counties to drop my speeding tickets to non moving (no points) violations. I didn't think there was snowball's chance on hell I would get out of this unscathed but attorney Hart performed a miracle and I still have my license and my job. I highly recommend Robert Hart for any trouble you may have!

Another completely satisfied client. I received a speeding ticket, and was in the process of undergoing a military move to California. So, I was unable to represent myself, and, to make matters worse, I misplaced my ticket so I didn't know who to call. After missing my court date, and finally receiving mail, I found out there was a "capias" ordering my arrest. Mr. Hart dealt with that immediately, having it set aside, and then he scheduled a court date. Ultimately, the ticket was dismissed. Thanks for saving the day, Mr. Hart!

5/5 Mr Hart got me off a 41 mile over speeding ticket 76 on a 35 with only a non-moving violation and NO points on my license and i didnt even have to show up to court he handled everything . He does an outstanding job .

He, and his associate Bruce Boerst, listened to the frantic rambling of a mother and spoke to my son with discretion and respect.

I received a speeding ticket going 74 in a 55 on highway 33 in Ohio. If I was convicted, I would have lost my drivers licence for 30 days (North Carolina Law). Mr Hart was able to get my ticket dropped to a broken taillight which resulted in 0 points being added to my driving record and me paying a small fine.

Boy do we wish we would have googled Mr. Hart first. He is amazing!!! Not only is he good at what he does but his quick response to my first call and every question following was really appreciated. Our's was a pretty complicated case. That leads me to tell you why we needed his help in the first place. While traveling home to NC from Michigan my son received a speeding ticket from the friendly Ohio State Trooper in Miegs County. (Actually, he was really friendly.) Since we live outside the state of Ohio and were not familiar with the protocol for moving violations in that state we called an attorney in that county for advice. His advice, "Pay the speeding ticket. It will cost too much to fight it." Needless to say, we did just that. Four months later we received a letter from the NC DMV suspending my son's driving privileges for a month. (This was my son's first driving ticket of any kind.) Since he drives for his job, we were in a panic! After some research we found Mr. Hart's information and called his office. I left a message and Mr. Hart called me back personally within five minutes. He took the time to explain our options and answered my many frantic questions. Since my son had basically pleaded guilty by paying the ticket, (as advised by the other attorney), Mr. Hart had to ask that the judgement be vacated and the violation be sent back to the judge. When that was accepted Mr. Hart was then able to get his ticket reduced from a moving violation to a non-moving violation, which ultimately allowed my son to keep his driving privileges, his job, and no points against his driving record.
