Brock reviewed a franchise disclosure document and advised me on multiple matters relating to my franchise investment. He took a very practical approach to his guidance and was a trusted advisor. I continue to use Brock as outside counsel now that my company is up and running.

Brock is an excellent legal advisor when you are selling or buying a business. Brock provides practical advice and has real world experience that he can apply to most all scenarios you experience when buying or selling a business. I highly recommend him.
