Grateful isn't the word.. Glen helped me through an incredibly difficult child custody situation that took years to resolve. I was referred to Glen Hazen for a personal injury case. I was getting no where with the insurance company responsible for my totaled car. From day one I knew what to expect. Glen didn't get my hopes up for a huge settlement. He was honest and straightforward the entire time. When the case took longer than expected, Glen took full ownership and worked with me until a settlement was reached over a year later. Neil is awesome

When we first started the process, everything went smoothly. We were well informed and were explained what was needed and when it would be needed. My husband's immigration status was completed within the estimated time frame that we were told while the process was ongoing. However, the reason for the two stars is due to the fact that there were 2 or 3 incidents, during and after the process, where the emailed responses back to us were unprofessional and, at one time, a bit rude, when we had a question or legitimate concern. I would assume that when I'm paying a good amount of my hard earned money for a service, I'd receive some professionalism, not the opposite. Its because of this that I honestly wouldn't recommend them, because I don't want someone else to run the risk of being spoken to like we were.
