Ken handled my personal injury case for little over a year. I hardly heard from him that year. He never tried to settle my case he waited for the other at fault insurance company to make an offer first and then accepted their lowest offer right away. When we had to meet in front of a magistrate Ken couldn't answer any of the magistrates questions regarding my case. (it was like he didn't even look over my case). The magistrate was getting frustrated with him. Was not happy with his representation at all.

I have had the fortune of working with Ken Hawley for over fourteen (14) years. We have done both state and federal cases together where I have been both the plaintiff and the defendant (both civil and family cases.) Not only have I never met a more effective attorney, but Ken is one of the most honest man I know. Many attorneys I have retained tell you what you want to hear and when it does not work out like the sunshine and rainbows they told you it would be, it becomes the "blame game" or being stonewalled. Ken and his wife Lori truly set out to do "the right thing," and I could not speak more highly of them. I recently got to know Ken after finding myself involved in a tragic auto/semi collision, the outcome of which really took a toll on me emotionally.
