Mr. Ernst was very professional and knowledgeable from the very beginning. He told me what I should expect and how everything was going to work. He and his amazing staff kept me updated every step of the way. He explained my charges and what penalties I could be facing. I believe that every single person in that courthouse knew who he was and his reputation as a great lawyer definitely preceded him. He was able to get me an AMAZING result and the Judge even told me at the end that "my lawyer worked really hard for me" and was the only reason I ended up getting the deal I did. I had been arrested with a OVI in February. I had asked around for a good attorney and was referred to Ernst and associates. Upon calling they were very professional and quick to answer any and all questions I had about the process and what I was looking at. Through their law firm Roger Bouchard was assigned my case. Although this was during covid and state shut downs they handled everything and we're good at giving me updates as everything progressed. In the end the were able to get my case reduced and my suspension lessened. I am very thankful I had them on my side. They made this process extremely less stressful and easier than I had anticipated.
