I Hired Miranda on a charge of Dui with fleeing the scene. I was terrified when it happened and was so worried about how my CDL was going to be effected. She went over the case with a fine toothed comb and most importantly treated me like a person and not a number. She was a Rockstar on my case and I walked away with a CDL and a careless driving charge. I am so happy that I called Miranda to represent me. Especially after seeing how some of my friend's cases have been handled in the past with other attorneys. If you're in a crappy situation like I was Miranda is definitely the one you want in your corner.

In 2007 I got a DUI in Kenton County. I paid my fees and fines and my license was suspended for 6 months. During that time I left the state and moved to DC where I didnt drive and used the great public transportation there. More recently I moved to Indianapolis and needed a drivers license. I hired another firm, paid him twice as much and after two weeks he had done nothing to assist me with obtaining a "clearance letter" from KY. I hired Miranda and fired him . Two days later she had looked at my record, found out it was purged completely, aided me in obtaining the clearance letter that Indiana BMV needed before issuing me a new license and shortly after I passed the required tests and received my license. Im 73, being independent and able to drive again is vital to me-she treated me as if i was her only client. I'm a fan of Miranda's and recommend her without any reservations !

Miranda was great at every aspect of my case. Before hiring she explained her experiences and the process going into everything. Once hired, I was sent detailed information and all evidence through MyCase and kept up to date constantly. Very professional and once completed she was able to get me WAY less penalties than I was facing. I was looking at a 2nd DUI aggravated and ended with a regular DUI 1st. She was there with any questions I had and made the process very smooth. If looking for a lawyer you shouldn't look any further. Highly recommend.
