Nicole, in the midst of being married, going on her honeymoon and I’m sure other stresses, she fought for me to have a solid shared parenting plan for a father without a perfect past.
She was patient with my emotions that overflowed sometimes, and she advocated for me in every sense of the word. A big support for me not only legally, but a very friendly and calming person to have with you in court when you are sure you will loose.
I would recommend Nicole to anybody and everybody.

Nicole recently helped me through my divorce, which involved sharing parenting. While divorce itself is stressful and terrifying, Nicole was incredible at providing me with options, information, and realistic advice while always always centering my needs and my feelings. She walked me through every part of the process to make sure I was comfortable, and often anticipated needs or fears before I could even ask. I "happened" upon Beth Silverman & Associates LLC because a neighbor of mine spoke highly of them and their office was very close to where I lived. I had a very complicated situation and had seen three attorneys before this, paid their fees, and came out with no solution. I finally decided to try again with Silverman and worked with Nicole Huser as my attorney and Lisa Waters as the paralegal. And just a few months later, I was divorced! If you want the best, this is where you should go, plain and simple. Nicole is great!
