Learned the hard way through an unfortunate experience that company HR is not the employee’s advocate. HKM will be. Corey Asay represented me in my case. He was very responsive, honest, and professional. He took care of everything and was able to get me a settlement. I would definitely recommend Corey and HKM to anyone who feels like they were wrongfully treated/terminated by their employer.

I’ve worked with Corey Asay on an unpaid wages claim against my former employer. It took over two years due to the defendant stalling, but eventually they defaulted on their settlement and I ended up getting double the judgment! Corey was an excellent attorney and I highly recommend working with him.
