Annette, called me and talked to me about the process and explained to me what I need to and what she is doing to obtain records from the police department and my doctors she was very nice and made sure I understood what she is doing what I need to do and what she expects the insurance company of the guy that hit will do. She is very nice and I appreciate that she took the time to explain everything that I didn't understand by the time the phone call was over I felt like someone cared enough about me to take that kind of time out of thier day to kindly walk me through the next steps of this process.
