We (husband and I) have known Dwayne and his family growing up! He was my dad’s attorney, helped me and my siblings with closing the estate after his passing! He helped my husband and I to negotiate and buy out my siblings so we could keep my parents property in the family. There to complete our wills/trust and much more. Dwayne is honest, stays on the task at hand until finished and always keeping you informed! A great friend and a super, outstanding lawyer that I would recommend to anyone.

I've know Mr sims most of my life (27 years). he represented my mom, myself, and younger brother and saved our lives from my abusive father when Indiana courts wouldn't help us. he saved me again after I left my ex and helped me get a restarting order. now he is helping me again in dealing with my ex and I wouldn't trust anyone else but him. he's very good at what he does and explains every step. I have referred many of my friends to him and they all love him very much.

I hired Victor for my divorce. It was a long process with many fights with my ex wife who was the main provider for the family. I remember the first negotiation with my ex and her lawyer. Victor did not say much ,he knew nothing positive could come out. One week after when he finished to review my ex financial information he sent a mail to her lawyer asking embarrassing questions about financial transactions my ex did . Since she got heavy pressure until final court date. Then she propose a reasonable deal.
