I had the privilege of having Mr. Bill Gallagher, as well as his colleague Kara Blackney, investigate a serious criminal legal matter, on my behalf during the preliminary pre-Indictment stages, with their expertise they were prepared to represent me, come what may. The matter was quashed by the grand jury, but their support, legal knowledge and preparedness comforted me along the way. When one could be facing loss of liberty, these attorneys understand this severity and commit themselves with all their resolve to working for their client's legal defense.

I recently got my fourth DUI in Cincinnati and I live in Columbus. I didn't know anyone in that area of .town so I phoned my sister who has worked for the Cook County Public Defenders office in Chicago for many, many years. She told me to call Bill Gallagher. My sister loves me, so I knew she would point me in the right direction. She worked with Bill some 25+ years ago. Sorry to make them feel old. I know that my sister did not know what a "solid" she did me. Bill is excellent. He knows his way around the courtroom and is very well respected by the Judges. That much was obvious. He got me the best possible scenario possible. Most important to me he was very concerned about my personal sobriety, as he knew I was working on it, and my general well-being.
