He lost me almost everything in my divorce. Do not hire this person unless you want to lose everything. I started wondering if he was taking money from my ex to screw me over. It was that bad.

I paid Mark Eppley 7500 dollars to represent me in my divorce case and he was a no show never did anything for me never filed anything on my behalf just gave me the runaround every time. I've been trying to get my money back since may 14th he just keeps telling me he'll look into it and tells me it's been sent to me but it hasn't. I really hope he starts doing the right thing I'm not the first person he's done this to I'll be contacting the bar association.

After thousands and thousands of dollars paid nothing was resolved. Hired a new lawyer and case was resolved immediately.

I hired him. Took 15 min for his staff to take my money over phone. Then never did anything. Never called me back. He’s a texter very unprofessional. Or calls said I call u at 3 never does!!! He threatened me because his staff said to hold on for him. Only pic one star because it wouldn’t accept 2.

Funny attorney? No not even a little and if he worked as hard at being a lawyer has he did trying to be funny maybe he would be ok. Mark will gouge you for money and ask constantly for more. He will tell you that he is going to do something and then nothing will come of it. Then when you write him or call him for an update. He charges you for the phone call. Mark Eppley gives lawyers a bad name. Please be aware before hiring him. Even some of his reviews are people that work for him because he is simply not honest.

Not even worth one star. This law firm was totally unethical and unprofessional. I had an appointment with one attorney whom I signed a contract with, and then out of the blue Eppley started working on my case without a sufficient reason why the first attorney I contacted was not working on it. They both made me feel like I had a reasonable case, but after two months nothing was done. When I started to push as to what was happening, I was given the reason of his daughter was having surgery...first thing Monday morning, a motion would be filed. By Thursday of the next week I called again and this time was told that his father-in-law was in the hospital. (This was during quarantine, so not sure what that had to do with anything.) I finally sent an email demanding a statement of billable hours, definite timeline, and finally seeking retainer in full back if not compliant. Long story short, this attorney refunded my entire retainer and all files without any argument. Obviously, NO work was even started on my case. After seeking other legal advice, was told that I do NOT have a case at all, and that he does not have a clue what he is doing. This attorney should not be practicing law under any circumstance. Do NOT waste your money, time, or energy with this "attorney".

We are in the middle of a VERY difficult custody case. We’ve had poor representation in the past, so to say we were skeptical would be an understand. Mark has won our hearts and our endorsement. He is honest. He does not play games. He is an excellent litigator. He won an appeal for our case which has given us renewed hope. We believe him when he tells us he thinks we have a strong case. We can not recommend him enough.

Being on the other side of the law to say the least is very stressful. Having never been on this side, Mark eased my anxiety with his no frills down to earth approach. He translated the entire process for me in easy to understand terms. He never showed any pretense but conducted himself as a friend helping a friend. His unique wit and humor aswell made a stressful experience that much more tolerable.

I hired Mr. Eppley to help me with a criminal matter. This was the first time I had ever been in trouble with the law before and i was really nervous about literally everything. Mark helped me stay calm and explained everything that was happening in a way i could actually understand. He is really down to earth and it was easy for me to talk to him. I really appreciated the way that he treated me with respect and how he helped me understand that everyone makes mistakes. I am grateful for everything Mark has done for me.

Hired him to help in a custody battle. He told us he would file for custody for us and it was part of his fee but he never did and he only went to 1 hearing and asked for more money after he didn't even do anything. Please don't waste your money!

As a man it is difficult to articulate that I needed someone else to be my voice, but I did. I was in a physically abusive relationship for almost 20 years. I am still embarrassed I allowed myself to accept her physical violence toward me. I cannot go back and change the last 20 years, but Mark and his office were the positive voice of reason to show me I could change my future. More importantly I could stop the violence for my children. He gave me my voice back!! He provided referrals for support, and counseling. He did not let me falter when I was weak, and if he was not encouraging me it was his incredible support staff. I often wonder if I had not been referred to him, if myself or one of my children would still be here. I will never be able to thank Mark and Family First for everything they have done for me, and my children. My ex-wife was forced into counseling, and required to maintain her medication. She can only see the children with supervised visits. What a blessing, absolutely a blessing.

I need a quick divorce, with precision, while making sure all legal areas were covered. His office delivered. Very happy with level of service, pricing, and outcome.
