I have called numerous times no answer I just don't understand why we can't work together as a human beings. I was told a month ago that I will get a call back within a week to let me know about my case no one has called me back. I don't want to be a Negative Nancy and call a billion times a day just simply answer the phone and help me out please.

Don't use this office unless you want to lose a bunch of money. Had a accident that wasn't my fault. Ron Taylor is extremely unhelpful.

He first came to meet with me at Anderson Hills Chiropractic, where I was receiving treatment from Dr. Paul Bauer. James remained easily accessible throughout my case. He handled my case through to a final settlement. He actually was able to get me additional monies that I was not aware of. He stayed in touch with me throughout my case. He came to my home twice, once in preparation for my settlement and second to present my settlement and go over the final paperwork. He was always very considerate of my time and I enjoyed the easy banter I had with him. In closing, Jim was very kind, personable and professional.
