It’s been over a year & have talked to someone like twice. November all they were waiting for was a bill from childrens hospital. How hard is that to get? Come on. It’s now a the last week of March & I still haven’t heard from not one person. Ridiculous. At this point I just think they don’t care at all.

Susan worked hard to get me the settlement. Email and text were answered in a timely manner. She was more than pleasant to work with. I would recommend her in the future.

Very professional and quick to action

DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE! I was in a car accident on 9/23/22 and decided to contact Blake and his team to handle my case. I worked with Jeremy Alley. My car was totaled from the accident so I inquired about a rental, which was nevered addressed. Thankfully, I had money saved and ultimately paid for car rentals for about 3 weeks. I had $25,000 liability and UM coverage plus $5,000 Medpay through State Farm Insurance. I ultimately had to have surgery on my arm and go through physical therapy. State farm agreed to the $25,000 claim which should've been $30,000 due to the $5,000 in Medpay. Jeremy called and notified me. The check was for $25,000 the attorneys received their percentage (33.33% ) medical bills was paid, fees, then I received the remaining balance. So a week later I received a check from State farm for $5,000. I went to Blake Maislin's office and they had the audacity to take another percentage (33.33% ) out of the $5,000. Which means they got paid twice! I blame the lawyers that I hired, he knew from day one what the amount of coverage was, he communicated this to me via email, he knew! So when State farm issued a $25,000 check he should've told them no, it's suppose to be $30,000. It's the principal! I definitely wouldn't patronize this business again, nor would I recommend them.

Jon Clemons handled my case through Blake’s office and I can say I honestly had a great experience. Very professional, helpful and friendly experience! I will recommend this office every time!

They dont do EVERYTHING but they did give me a phone # to another lawyers office who might be able to help me.
