Don't do it!!! They are HORRIBLE!!! Never heard anything from them until the insurance company was ready to settle. Then it's like they just let the insurance company do all the dealing and went along with whatever they wanted. I've had questions from the beginning and never could get ahold of anyone except the assistant!?! Its like They don't even know the KY laws?!? I wish I would have NEVER wasted my time with this joke of a firm. Now Im stuck with them and can't fire them cause they can take from the new lawyer. BS

My friend was in a wreck 15 months ago. Every time they call they leave a message, and wait for a call back, sometimes longer than a week before they return the call. And it the same ole thing, we're waiting for them to check this or that. Don't use them.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE your TV commercials. I wish I could automatically BLOCK them. Instead, I hit mute and change the channel. Never will I call your office for anything. All your commercials have "trained" me to do is to know who NOT to call. Thanks for the constant reminder. Jerks!

Very kind. However, that jingle states that you take care of people. I get the impression that is not all people (wallets) My accident claim with damage costs for a hit and attempted run will cost roughly 2000.00. Fees and costs for an attorney with you will cost me 1000.00 to retain and 250.00 an hour. Lets say that I have 4 meetings for 3 hours each. I will be paying a rough estimate of 4000.00. This doesn't even guarantee that I win. At the end of the conversation he hung up before HE even completed the last word in his have a good day. LOL! Definite pass and very low recommendation. Happy to report the very next phone call stated that not only is my retainer fee 100.00, I do not pay any fees until I win (which is inevitable, she was caught on film striking my vehicle) and the costs will be part of the cost to repair my car which will not be due to me, but that of the fool that hit my car! Extremely reputable Law-firm and clearly for a reason. Unless you like paying for Blake Maislin and Associates Ski trips, keep looking.

Any attorney willing to take on these cases and drag innocent people through hell should lose their license! Ambulance chasing money grabber with no conscience!

Obviously not a good human being. A money hungry ambulance chaser who is literally willing to drag inoccent people through the mud and waste the courts time for a quick buck.

He is willing to represent the absolute worst of people and helps them to sue the best if he is being paid. How he sleeps at night is hard to understand. He gets his money and doesn't care who he hurts.

He represents the scum of the Earth and should not be allowed to practice law. To represent those who clearly were disregarding law and human safety is despicable. These unrighteousness lawsuits should be illegal.
