I was involved in a fatal motorcycle accident. My fiancé died on impact. I felt lost, hopeless, angry, and depressed. I contacted Brad at Blake Maislin's office. I just hired Blake R. Maislin and Team and I feel everything in life happens for a reason, this team seems to be in line with my morale compass, and their response time has been impeccable. I recently worked with Todd Little the in take Specialist, and prior to him I worked with the receptionist and she was AMAZING! I have recently worked with more then Todd Little thus far and will also write a review on them once our process is complete, so that the review I write on them can give anyone a entire view of how my entire process goes. Clients (like me) value lawyers and law firms who know how to communicate and are sensitive to their needs and concerns. Successful firms have a team attitude and spirit, including a willingness to share work and clients. I feel Todd is/was a great example of Blake's business. From the first phone call I received from Todd and the attention to detail I knew at that moment I chose the right Law Firm for my case. Law firms comprise lawyers who advise clients on their rights and responsibilities and represent clients in legal proceedings. I felt Todd heard me and had compassion for this difficult time in our families lives. I also felt he was able to navigate and get the right information to the attorney we were going to be placed with. In times like these we need attorneys and there teams who are Humble, Kind, as well Empathetic during this process because for us as clients it took a lot to just find the right Law Firm to place our Faith and Trust In. My case is in the early stages and so far they have exceeded my expectations. A good law firm should have experience in handling various legal cases. EDIT: Phillip Wiehe has since dropped my disabled mothers case altogether due to the fact that he's spent over 2 years not doing his job whatsoever INCLUDING setting up a court date that took a year to get then, since he didn't feel like going, proceeded to say he would re-file the case for a further out court date and we find out 3 months later that he never even had the decency to to actually re-file. I am only doing this to save at least one person's time, my mother's life was destroyed and this man willingly said he'd help only to waste our time and tarnish the case entirely for taking this long with no settlement I wish I could leave negative stars. I have NEVER heard of a lawyer that takes over 2 years to settle a car accident case. My mother hired Phillip Wiehe who came to her and said he could win a simple car accident case that had VIDEO FOOTAGE clearing her of all fault and yet over 2 years later I'm listening to her breakdown because after we lost everything our home, our car, our lives as they were entirely Mr.Wiehe doesn't even want to pursue the case anymore.This will go down as the first Google review I've ever written out for the absolute WORST LAWYER I HAVE EVER SEEN. It's a car accident case!! Why have I been having to solely take care of my mother since 18 fresh out of high school because this man who claimed to be an "amazing negotiator" cannot settle a car accident case with supporting video footage and not only that she was put on social security because said car accident ruined her business and her ability to work. I haven't done anything like this before but even I am tired of hearing this man's name every damn week and how nothing has changed. Whoever the big boss is here if that be Mr. Blake Maislin himself I am begging you can someone please settle this car accident case if not Mr.Phillip Wiehe since he is no longer interested in his case!

Blake and his team were amazing! We sought help after our home owners claim was denied. Blake personally came to our house, talked with is, looked at the evidence and decided he would take the case. His team diligently fought for us. They would answer emails and phone calls right away to help with our questions and keep us posted on the situation. We were happy with the results when the claim was resolved .
