We used Blake Maislin after our insurance refused to pay for a house flood. Michael Lind was assigned to our case and within moments of talking to him, we felt his compassion and desire to help us. This was an immensely stressful situation for us and from the minute we spoke to Blake and his team it felt like a weight was lifted. Our case was handled completely by them quickly and efficiently, leaving little for us to even think about. I would 100% recommend contacting them for anything to do with insurance claims and guarantee you will be in good hands.

My husband and I were in need of a new roof on our house and we've had a few leaks come through our ceilings into the house. After 3 roofers coming out, Allstate Insurane still refused to cooperate with us and that is when we called The Law Offices of Blake Maislin, LLC. We immediately received a call back from Cory Thompson, one of the Attorneys working for Blake Maislin and we got ourselves a Gem! He was such a down to earth gentleman that couldn't have done enough for us. He sent out more Appraisers to check out our roof, in which he forwarded to Allstate Insurance to prove they were being negligent in denying our claim. Mr. Thompson kept us updated continuously to keep us informed on the status, then he called with Wonderful news that he won our case and we received our New roof!! I just cant give enough praise to Cory Thompson for everything he did for us and to The Law Offices of Blake Maislin, LLC. My cases are over 1.5 years old and no communication. When I called to complain the attorney called me and withdrew from representing me. Very unprofessional. Very rude. Do not go here

John did an amazing job on my daughters case, I was happy throughout the whole process. He kept me informed, wanted to know how I felt about everything pertaining to the case. If ever in need again I will return!!! Thanks so much!!!!

Terrible experience. No communication. Lied to me. These people are frauds and no good. John Clemmons and Blake mainlin are terrible IMHO.
