They also took 1/3 of even my medical bill and the damage on my vehicle. They also don't back what they tell you. Make sure any verbal agreement you have with them is in writing. Do not use these shady lawyers!
Adding that Blake Maislin himself said that they took the extra 1/3 out of my vehicle damages because they "fought" for me. They should add that they take more of your money when they fight for you in their "We Fight 4 You" commercials...

The Blake Maislin firm has another office, in the greater Dayton area. They handled my case; where a semi truck hit me at night as I was driving the speed limit in my lane. The driver was 100% in the wrong, the accident totaled my car and left me hurt. The Maislin company accepted the smallest settlement and would not negotiate for what I knew to be right. I DON'T recommend them at all.

Great place an Great people an very nice everyone was. An they even make house calls they come to you if you can't go to there office. An took very good care of my settlement an getting it to us fast. All around we was very pleased with how professional they are.
