Fraud people in here

I retained Attorney Paul Saba to represent me in a case where my neighbor sued me, accusing my driveway of trespassing on a corner of his lot. The Auditor's website shows this was a shared driveway previous to his purchasing it. Attorney Saba verbally told me at "intake" that this is straight-forward and 90% of the work would be done by his paralegal and 10% by him. I did not get that in writing and I have paid him $3563.70 so far and he is threatening to sue me for $8270.16 more and has refused to talk to me in person or to send me my original fee agreement that I signed with him. Be aware.
