Potential exploitation of elderly clients
“He takes his clients so much "at their word" that the goofiest things can happen with their bequeathals. Since his firm can charge for all changes, guess they don't care whether it makes any sense or not.”

Lack of transparency and oversight
“He sometimes met with their family member, who was the client, without any other family present, stating the client wished it, when the family might not have. He used the same person over and over as a witness and notary, not validating with the family any changes their loved ones (who may or may not have been of sound mind) may have made.”
