Beyond impressed by Doug and his firm. He was able to complete our estate planning and trust in a timely manner, including transferring deeds in other states. Although he was able to protect our assets and our interests, more than anything he was able to give us peace of mind. Highly recommend!

I couldn't be more pleased with the service from Linn Legal. They helped my sister and me transfer ownership of our family home after our father passed away. The process felt especially complicated because my sister bought my portion of the home.
With her in Florida, me in Ohio, and the property in another Ohio county nearly 3 hours from me, we were very worried about doing everything correctly.
Doug, Kayla, and the team at Linn Legal managed everything remotely and efficiently, making a daunting task very straightforward. I really appreciated their help!

Doug Linn provided essential and providential advice in a rather complicated owner financing of a residential home sale. He is very professional and competent. And his personal/relational skills match his expertise.
Difficult negotiations may ever be "pleasant", but Mr. Linn brought the clamor to a very manageable level, and all the while looked for ways to make the deal happen, while protecting his client.
