Mr. Nicholson and his staff were attentive throughout the disability process. If he had not help me win my video hearing I suppose I would be living on the streets right now. He knows his stuff and is very easy to talk to.

I would like recomend all customer who inneed help on any legal issue to contact John who is great on resolving issue compare to any other attorney in town. John was fast to respond with my concerns. He was helpful answering my questions even though I was not looking to hire an attorney I will hire him now since my claim was denied. Excellent person.

Mr Nicholson spent 40 minute with me during my initial consultation. He was knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. I finally have a date for my Social Security Disability hearing. His office staff has educated me regarding the process going forward. I am optimistic about my hearing with the judge.

I am not sure how our paths crossed but I am so thankful they did. I have been fighting with SSA for going 4 hrs 2 denials and 1 attorney later here comes John and I was finally approved in only 2 yrs. He and his staff were always very friendly and kind. I never had to call the office to check on anything. I was approved for SSD and it was the Best Day Ever!! I would recommend John and his staff to anyone!!!

I felt prepared for my hearing and was relieved to know that Mr. Nicholson had submitted a pre-hearing brief which I was allowed to read. I felt as though they worked hard for a relatively small amount of money collected after they won my case.

Mr. Nicholson won my disability case. I had been trying to get benefits for over 10 years now and have tried with 2 prior attorneys. My fibromyalgia is to the point where I could no longer watch my grandson. I just felt real comfortable with Mr. Nicholson and he always called me back when I left messages. I have already referred my brother to him after he had his stroke. My brother is getting the same attention that I received. You can't go wrong with this firm.

This past January, I found myself in need of an attorney in order to successfully obtain my SSDI. He assured me I would most likely be able to do this on my own with the information I shared with him. He also assured me to let him know if I was not approved and he would help me at that point. Mr. Nicholson was correct and I did obtain it on my own. Mr. Nicholson was so helpful to me. If I ever need an attorney in the future, he will be my first phone call. He is a very kind man and I would be honored to have him as my attorney.

Mr. Nicholson called me when we tried to apply for handicapped parking online. He informed me that my husband would quality for SSD, and that we should apply online. He also said we didn't need a lawyer at that point. He then sent us an email with links to the necessary forms. When I emailed him follow-up questions, he called me immediately. We didn't pay Mr. Nicholson for any of these services; he voluntarily gave us information. Some lawyers have earned the "unethical" label. Mr. Nicholson isn't one of them; he is a role model for his profession. If we need a lawyer in the future, he will be our first choice.

Mr. Nicholson was fantastic! John and his assistants walked me through the entire process of getting disability from start to finish. I knew all the questions that the judge was going to ask before we even walked into the hearing room. I highly recommend this law firm.
