Attorney Eric Allen and his paralegal Daphne were WONDERFUL to work with. My case (involving a car accident, multiple surgeries, physical therapy, etc.) was completely overwhelming to me having never dealt with such a thing before. From the first meeting with Eric, it was clear that working with him was the right choice and that was confirmed throughout our entire working relationship when, at every turn, he and Daphne handled every single facet of the case from medical bills (often getting the costs reduced!) to communications with the insurance companies so that I barely had to lift a finger. Now, just over a year since the accident, the case is resolved and I was able to receive the maximum payout from both the at-fault party's insurance as well as my own. Things literally could not have gone any better.

First of all thank you Eric Allen. I had in previous years filed a claim with disability with another lawyer that had little to no interest in me, my condition nor his preparation to defend my case. Out of respect I will not mention his name. What I can say is I lost my case. Over the years my rare condition continued to take a toll on my body. By this time I was introduced to the Rittgers & Rittgers Attorney office in Lebanon, Ohio. I was wheeled in by my wife in a wheel chair and my wife submitted all information we had on my condition and previous outcomes of physicians findings. Eric being a disability lawyer looked over the compiled paperwork and took my case upon his visual acknowledgement to my needs. At my hearing it went well. He had his notes at hand and collaborated between the judge and myself with professional poise and stayed focused.
