Choosing an attorney is no easy task. You are unsure if they will have your best interest, force ideas or decisions on you, or if you are just a number to them. I was hesitant at first, but the Moore Law Firm was nothing like my concerns. They were the best decision I made for myself and my future. I never could have accomplished these results without them. I contacted Donald Moore on the recommendation of our family attorney. The first time I spoke with Mr. Moore, I knew I could not be in better hands. He flew from Cincinnati, OH to my son's beside at the Joseph M. Still Burn Center in Georgia. Right away he told us what we should be documenting during my son's recovery. He stayed in contact us with us for the seven weeks we spent in Georgia during my son's initial treatment, always keeping us informed as to what was happening in our case. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. I was impressed with the resources used in presenting our case, video interview documenting the accident and my son's recovery, specialists to evaluate future healthcare costs relating to the accident, etc. Because of Mr. Moore's skill in negotiations with the insurance company, all of my son's medical care costs have been paid in full. He went above and beyond for my son, even getting him more money after the settlement was done. Although we hope to never need to call on Mr. Moore again, I would not hesitate in doing so, or in recommending him to anyone in need of such services.
