I found myself terrified when having escaped an abusive relationship my child's father sued me for full custody making a plethora of false accusations. We hired Mr. McCloskey to defend our 16 year old grandson. Mr. McCloskey took this to terms with his knowledge and determination, not just to help our grandson, but to fight the system to keep juveniles out of the adult system. I came to Hugh with a nearly possible case - requesting termination of visitation rights for the non-custodial parent.
