When I had my accident last year I was in a panic because I wasn’t sure how I would personally be able to expense all of my medical bills. Mr. Merk and his team went above and beyond for me and got my medical bills in their entirety covered and then some. From the very start he assured me that I would be taken care of and he truly meant what he said. He is very personable and down to earth as well as very caring about your needs and health along the way of your journey with him. Not many lawyers care about you as a person but I never thought that with Mr. Merk, he wasn’t after money; he truly made me feel like my case was important but my health came first along the way. I pray I am never in another accident to this extent again, but should I ever have another I will definitely be giving him another call. 10/10
