Deciding to get a personal injury attorney was the best decision I made in 2019! After I was rear ended by another driver a few months ago I figured I would just work with their insurance company on my own to settle my claim. That is until I woke up the next day with terrible back pain! At that point I decided I better go to the hospital to get checked out and that’s when the medical bills started to stack up. I received several letters in the mail from personal injury attorneys, but the one from Scott Schweiger stood out because he mentioned I could TEXT him anytime, which is my preferred way to communicate. When I met with him the first time he was very informative, straight forward and down to earth which helped ease my anxiety about the process. You could tell he knew his stuff! He was also quick to respond every time I contacted him with a question. But best of all, he took care of ALL communication with the at fault drivers insurance company from start to finish so I didn’t have to worry about the trickery they sometimes use to get out of paying a fair settlement. I’m 100% certain I would have never received the amount I did without him! He even offered to come in on New Years Eve to give me my settlement check, which should tell you what a great attorney he is! I will highly recommend him to my friends and family in the future for any legal needs that arise.
