I had a virtual meeting with Barry to discuss my irrevocable trust. His staff got me to the meeting step by step. As a non tech great grandmother it was a challenge. I had my questions ready in the comfort of my home and Berry had the questionnaire I had filled out prior to our meeting. It went beautifully and I couldn’t be more happy

My wife and I went with Zimmer to get our wills/family trust created. The process was easy to do and most of it was done at home via zoom meetings. We only needed to go into the office to sign the will (all the other stuff we could sign virtually which saved a TON of time).

The Zimmer team did an outstanding job putting together the video/computer technology to have a virtual signing! It a appears there was a significant amount of team work, collaboration, legal reviews, and technology advances. Ashley, Megan, Beth, and Kirsten did GREAT! We were very satisfied with all we interfaced with. They were helpful, friendly and professional. Would make a suggestion - Give info on health care directives before coming to delivery. We had not fully thought through this and if would have been beneficial to have this information prior to the delivery meeting.
