How do I express what a great lawyer she is. I cannot tell you how kind and understanding she was during my time spent with her. I hired Beverly to help me in settling my Mother's Estate, rather than try to navigate through the process myself, and was very glad I did. She made herself available to answer the many questions I had while going thru the probate process and always gave me timely updates along the way. We hired Beverly Stull as our elder law attorney to help with getting my father on Medicaid and protecting my home. Ms. Stull was very professional and she knew the laws to help us. If not for Ms. Stull I would be homeless and my elderly father who is a US veteran would not have the professional medical treatment he needs. We couldn’t have done all this without her. I really appreciate all she has done. She is VERY professional and she cares about her clients. You won’t find a better lawyer for elder law.

Bev performed our medicaid application for my mother. She informed us of items we needed and then compiled them into an application. The only thing I wish would have been different were some segregation of duties. I wasn't sure what I was responsible for, such as communications with the Nursing Home...was is Bev or Me responsibility. Other than that everything went smoothly.

Beverly was so patient and kind with my elderly friend that was wanting to complete her final wishes in her will. Beverly took as much time as needed to explain and then made sure that she understood her decisions, even with severe hearing loss!
