Mr. Toron is extremely knowledgeable about Medicaid. He led us seamlessly through the application process and worked closely with our Medicaid caseworker to bring our case to a successful close. Mr. Toron took the needs of the entire family into consideration when structuring our case. He considered the welfare of my father, who requires full-time skilled nursing care, the needs of my mother, who is in independent living, and my sister, who is developmentally disabled and has special needs. Mr. Toron is patient. He took time to explain things that we didn’t understand, and he continued to give us hope even as our case dragged on. I am so thankful that we found Mr. Toron!

Undoubtedly, Mr. Toron is the best. He helped me with my Mother's estate to get her on Medicaid. He also was kind enough to help me untangle the rat mess of billing from the assisted living that was confusing the situation as to what I owed for Mom once we got the Medicaid going and after her death as well. I am 100% sure he is the best elder care attorney I will ever have the pleasure of meeting.

If I could give Moshe a one hundred star rating, I would. He has been a lifesaver in helping us move an elderly parent from a skilled nursing facility in another state to an Ohio, long-term care facility, while expertly navigating complex processes. This move occurred during the nursing home lockdown and while trying to settle the out-of-state estate of my parent’s spouse. Both complicated the move as settlement of the estate was considerably delayed due to the pandemic. Lockdown rules made everything more difficult. Additionally, Moshe’s attention-to-detail successfully guided us through the complicated Medicaid, nursing home, assistance process. We, previously, worked with an elder law attorney in a different state and have had a more positive experience with Moshe. Moshe is responsive, thorough and listens. He truly wants the best for his elderly, vulnerable clients and is easy to work with. We have been blessed by Moshe’s legal guidance and his compassion and are very grateful to have found him.
