Danielle has been such an amazing lawyer to me! I was separated for sometime before filing- thought doing it on my own would be ok…ha! I could NOT have done it without her and her team! She got me divorced and custody of my babies!! Most importantly my babies!!! She is a hard worker and was a very dedicated lawyer!! Her team is also super dedicated to their clients as well! I would highly highly recommend her!

Danielle did a wonderful job explaining the process and carefully guiding me to a fair settlement not one balanced for his benefit. When I came to Danielle with my case I was drowning in stress and overwhelmed with fear. The first thing she said was I will let you know if you need to worry. Something as small as that stuck with me throughout the entire process. I had made mistakes not with bad intent and she knew that. When I went to court it was the hardest day of my life to that point to make sure that I got my points across so that my daughters best interest was shown before the court. Before I even testified Danielle was able to have half or more of the exhibits from the other side tossed out and the opposition didn’t have a leg to stand on. I was more than impressed at what she was able to bring to the court room. We won the case and my daughters life did not have to get all jumbled up again. I had no idea what to expect going into everything but she knew exactly what needed done and took great care of me as her client. I will no doubt turn to her again for any help that I need in the future. I would highly recommend Danielle to anyone who is going through family court. If you have to get divorced, the collaborative dissolution is the way to go. It is a way to end a relationship with respect and honor. It is hard enough to end a marriage relationship. The collaborative process was the least traumatizing for me. Danielle was an integral part of the process. She was very kind, highly communicative and encouraging. Most of all, she didn't let anything get by her. Now that the dissolution is final, I feel like I was heard and protected!!! I had a very difficult contested divorce with an Impossible Ex. Prior to hiring Danielle, I had another attorney for two years and he basically did not help me with anything. Danielle was referred to me when I was looking to change my attorney. At my first consultation with Danielle, I knew she was right for me. She treated me like a friend and comforted me in many difficult situations. It was clear to me that she cared about me and my daughter from the beginning. Basically, within one month of hiring Danielle I started receiving child support which my prior attorney couldn’t do in two years. I was so impressed with how much preparation she has done for the trial. I was not at all scared in the court room as I had Danielle on my side. She cares a lot about her clients, she made sure that I was comfortable in the courtroom. She is very quick in responding to emails, calls or any questions I had. She doesn’t care about money at all. There were several situations where she would have increased her income, but she would always say upfront that it would cost me more with no better results. She always suggested me to choose less expensive path with better outcome. I believe I got the best possible outcome for my situation. I think it would have not been possible without Danielle. I was ready to give up so many times, but she kept fighting for me and my daughter. Getting divorced isn’t easy. It can be crazy and lonely. However, no one should stay in a toxic marriage. Being married to a narcissist is hard, divorcing one is harder. I knew I’d need someone who was mentally strong, mentally tough, and who’d fight for me. After I met Danielle, I knew she was the right person to represent me. I really appreciate her listening to my concerns and checking on me mentally throughout the process. (Divorce can take a toll on you mentally.) She was my voice when I needed to be heard. She kept fighting for me even when I was ready to give up. She’d tell me “I’ll take care of it.” and I knew whatever I was dealing with, she’d handle it. I appreciate her so much for being there and getting the job done!

Not only is Danielle extremely sharp and knowledgeable regarding family law, she is also a kind and compassionate person, which helped me to feel more comfortable during this difficult process. She never failed to impress me with her ability to propose sound, rational responses to problems that came up during the 3-year period that she represented me. Danielle is also a very good listener who always got back to me promptly to address any questions or concerns that I had. When any challenging situation arose regarding the divorce, it was so reassuring to know that Danielle had my back, and that we would be able to work through whatever the problem was that had presented. At the same time, Danielle was always sensitive to the financial implications for me of any particular action we considered taking. There were several occasions when she recommended against a particular course of action because she felt it would result in higher costs for me with little chance of a better outcome, even though it would have increased her revenue if we had gone down the more expensive path. Danielle intervened very effectively on my behalf both in her interactions with the court and when negotiating the terms of the agreement with my ex- wife’s attorney. There were multiple occasions when she was able to shift the direction of the proceedings in a way that was much more favorable to me. As a result of Danielle’s hard work and excellent counsel, we were able to achieve a separation agreement that was fair for both parties, despite numerous obstacles being thrown at us during the course of the proceedings. To summarize, I would highly recommend Danielle to anyone who needs an attorney to represent them in a divorce case or any other matter pertaining to family law!

Danielle far exceeded my expectations as my divorce attorney. She is detail oriented and very capable in handling complex financials.
