Sandra was our lawyer for my daughter's limited conservatorship. I thought its a complicated and very long process. Sandra made simple quick and easy for us. I just provided her my daughters IEP and she did everything after that. Very knowledgeable in this field. Thank you Sandra!!!

My husband and I contacted her for her services and she was friendly and responsive in setting up a phone consultation. She said she was traveling so needed to meet early in the morning - fine by us. We call her at the appointed time, no response. 10 mins later, we get a text saying she needed to reschedule. For our rescheduled time, same thing, no response from her at all.

I sought conservatorship services from Sandra Masako Springer for my 18 y/o developmentally delayed daughter. As this is a process that was unknown to me I relied upon Sandra's expertise to guide me through the process. Sandra was present at all of the court proceedings; she responded to every email/question/phone call with reliable information. Unfortunately, we had an attorney presiding as a ALJ at one of the court dates. The attorney seemed to "pick over" each individual case. Sandra appeared comfortable and answered all questions remaining professional and with a positive attitude. The process was successful and I am extremely thankful to Sandra for all of her hard work and assistance.
