My husband and I used Sandra for the conservatorship of our special needs son. She was very efficient, incredibly reasonable, and really understood the issues; being the mom of a special needs son herself. She got things done in a timely manner. Given my husband and I are both doctors with very busy schedules, her professionalism and efficiency took all the timeline and legal requirement stress and pressure off of us. My husband I and I were so pleased, we are now utilizing Sandra as mediator in our family law issues. She is pleasant, compassionate, and fair. She has a great grasp of the legal issues and how to get things accomplished while keeping an eye on the goal of preserving community property assets for division rather than for legal fees. I highly recommend Sandra. She was thorough and thoughtful with her advice. Sandy responded quickly to all phone calls and e-mails. She made me feel at ease and comfortable through a very difficult process. I was in a position that we had come to a complicated marriage settlement agreement after a long term marriage, and needed someone to guide us through the process. I needed the help of a lawyer more as a mediator and as a guide. And she did that very well. She did not inflame the situation - which was my experience with a previous lawyer. I felt that I was in very good hands with Sandra, and that she clearly protected my interests, and gave me very good advice. And she did all this with a flat fee, which really took the pressure off. I knew I would not be surprised with large bills, and she also had no interest in dragging out the case to bill more hours. Sandra was not only one of the nicest attornies i have ever met, she clearly cared more about her clients and getting the job done than charging for every phone call, email etc. She helped me obtain conservatorship for my son. I feel uncomfortable with lawyers and when I needed to hire one to represent me in my divorce, I tried to choose someone that would be a conciliator/mediator. I chose correctly.
