Chris Diedling and his staff are professionals of their trade. I have had lawyers over the years, they have usually been stuffy and made you feel like their time was more important than yours. Not Chris. He always took the time to really listen to our needs and anwered all our questions. Always corteous and respectful. Another thing is he is young. For those of us who would like to find a lawyer to keep and make changes to our documents as time goes on, Chris Diedling is your man. He is the lawyer I wish I had years ago!

We were very pleased with the services provided by Elliot Stapleton and the CMRS staff. Elliot was extremely thorough in the preparation of our Living Trust, Wills, and other estate documents. He explained complex legal matters in a way that allowed them to be easily understood. Also high marks for the services provided by Jodi Stapp, Megan Brunner, and Mallory Brown. We highly recommend Elliot and the CMRS firm.

Chris handled my divorce and then my subsequent estate planning to remove my ex from everything. Chris is great-he really listens to what you want, and advise you on the best way to accomplish your goals. Everything delivered timely and, while divorce sucks, Chris made the process as easy as it could be. It could have been so much worse without Chris to guide me through it.

Chris helped us greatly with all the procedure for the Guardianship of my special needs son. He was diligent, always responsive to any question I had. Very profesional and organized. He walked us very smoothly through a process that has too many steps. A young but knowledgeable lawyer that I can trust.
