The by laws only have 3 board members which is NOT IN ANYWAY BEING INFORCED HELLO 3 BOARD MEMBERS THAT CANT UNDERSTAND THEIR OWN BYLAWS.. LAWRENCE MANAGEMENT IS IN NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT NEW LAWS AFFECT THE BYLAWS. AND ENFORCEMENT OF CURRENT KINGS PATH COMDOMINUM'S AND LAWRENCE NEED TO GET SOME EDUCATION. DOES YOUR OFFICE NOT TRAIN LAWRENCE MANAGEMENT . OWNERS ARE TOLD AT THIER OWN RISK TO BE THE ENFORCER.. FOR THE CONDO FEES AND IGNORANCE IS NOT AMUSING. EDUCATION TO LAWRENCE MANAGEMENT IS A MUST. EDUCATION TO KINGS PATH COMDOMINUM'S ATTENTION PAT ENGLISH.
