This is our overall first bankruptcy. Fairmax law was not my first choice but was the best choice. I made the mistake of going with another law firm first and took over a year to get done what I achieved in literally 2 weeks fairmax law. The process was extremely smooth with most of the paperwork being done just by logging into my bank and money apps throught there portal. I honestly can not express the feeling of overall Relief, I feel. The big push to switch from our previous law firm was due to my wife being sued by a big Credit card company for lack of payments. Which of course is gonna happen when you're filing Bankruptcy. The previous firm would not help us to even make a phone call to clear up a mistake. That was when we told people suing her that we were filing. Bankruptcy, they would not represent us in civil cases whatsoever. Meaning we had no opportunity to even make a good case for ourselves with another lawyer. In with the sluggish pace that we were going, the odds of us being garnished were extremely high. Switching to fairmax law was absolutely a no brainer push that was necessary for us to push forward. We're filing within the next week, Stopping the garnishment in court and overall experience. Ultimately the feeling of being done, On top of that was really nice. To top it off all payments will be made after we file for our bankruptcy. After the 1st month of filing the payments will start at $180 a month. Which is not breaking the bank. After we get rid of all the extreme debts that we've been having in the first place. I honestly cannot give Fairmax Law firm enough stars for how easy and how simple and how fast they were able to get our bankruptcy done. This is the first time and hopefully the last time we'll ever had to file bankruptcy. But. I absolutely recommend them and highly recommend them every single time.
