Maria is a compassionate and engaged individual who asks all the right questions, and her counsel gave me the confidence to know that I was making good decisions and taking useful actions even beyond the ones I sought her help for. I met with Maria to discuss and prepare a will. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant. It was very easy to accomplish a somewhat difficult task. It is something I had put off for years and this was quite painless. She provided guidance for me in terms of what I needed to do. Maria Shinn drafted a will and all the other end-of-life documents I needed. When I clarified a change I wanted in the draft, she executed the change immediately. Signing was swiftly completed.
Best of all, Maria Shinn warned me about signing documents as power of attorney for my mother. She told I needed to sign my mother's name or I could be held financially liable. This warning may prove to save me oodles of money and headaches.
