I got a call with a few setup questions but they had me have some paper work for my doctor to fill out I got that filled out and it's been weeks with no word back or call back

Very rude receptionist was rushing me asking questions did not help me at all she was not nice at all it’s like she wouldn’t take her time to evaluate my case then called me back and said she wouldn’t be able to help my case without a reason she completely wasted my time I would not refer anybody to this place seems to me they are money hungry and don’t really care about their clients

I would go somewhere else…… I’m trying too withdraw …… Hope this helps anyone else January 24,2025

After 3-4 years I have to start over!! And now when I went to do the app all over, the paralegal had NO idea I had a previous case!! Then they just called arguing with me that I was to do something and I’ve done it, twice!! I’m finding a new lawyer & id NEVER recommend this place!
